    Hello, thanks for the application.

Situation is the same as with the last couple of applicants: Our primary roster is full, but since you are a guild member returning from break, I can add you to the reserves list, and you can join raids when/if there’s a spot available. If you perform well enough, you may be promoted to main team.

I understand, what spec should i aim for?

For main runs, we’re set on tanks already, with multiple backups. We also have enough healers for any 20-man mythic needs assuming no one drops out, but there might be spot for one more in 30-man heroic, and we could use one more more backup as well, since we don’t have many offspec healers. For dps, there are more spots available, but also more competition, so even if promoted to main team you’d likely get benched every now and then.

Then there’s the once a week (Sunday) alt run / second group, which will probably start a couple of weeks after main group and progress slower. There should open spots for both healer and dps, not sure about tanks.

The possibility of splitting main runs in two groups if we have more than 30 for normal/hc has been mentioned, but no decisions have been made on that. It would be significantly more difficult for us to manage consistent strategies, progression and similar atmosphere, but it would guarantee at least one open healing spot, possibly a tank spot or two, and dps spots for everyone.

So I’d say it’s your choice between healing and dps. For healer mainspec, having a good dps offspec would be useful. For dps, we already have more melee than ranged – we don’t know yet if that will be a problem on some fights – though we only have one feral druid.
